During the following periods they can only be booked within four weeks of the holiday start date:

Prices are per cottage and include bed linen, gas and electric. Towels are not included but are available for hire on request at £4 per person
For all bookings we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per cottage, per week to confirm the booking. We accept cheque or card payments (credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge per transaction, there is no surcharge for debit cards). The balance must be paid at least 1 month before the start of the holiday. For holidays which are to take place within 6 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.
Cots and Highchairs are available, free of charge, but must be requested on booking (cot bedding is not provided)
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only at a charge of £20 per dog, per short break / week. We allow a maximum of 2 medium sized well behaved dogs in Turnip House, Haybarn, Milking Parlour and Barley Store, and 1 dog in Eight Byre (We do not allow dogs in Engine House)
