Our family run park has been in existence since the late 1950's and has stayed small and friendly even today. Although the park is close to all village amenities and only 200 metres from the beach, there is a lovely peaceful atmosphere about it that gives the impression of being away from it all.

We have a wealth of experience and carry out a high standard of ground care and maintenance within the park and are members of the 'British Holiday and Home Park Association' which ensures high standards throughout the industry.

Choosing your Park

One of the most important decisions to make when buying a holiday home is your choice of park within which it will be situated. We feel our park gives our the peace of mind of a safe secure environment with an owner managed service.

Buying a Holiday Home

We have a sales facility on the park and are able to supply any make or model of new holiday home (subject to availability), or if you have a particular requirement for a quality used holiday home we would endeavour to source one on your behalf from one of our suppliers (age restrictions apply).  Generally at Dickinson Place we have holiday homes on stock for sale, which can be supplied on or off the park.

We are Introduce-Appointed Representatives for Leisure Days Holiday Home Insurance, who are able to arrange all your insurance needs for your holiday home on Dickinson Place.

We are suppliers of Calor Gas and are able to cover all of your LPG needs. 19kg Propane Cylinders are stocked in the park and are delivered daily.

Touring

We have facilities on the park for touring caravans, camper vans and tents with a small number of pitches available for short stay or seasonal. Please call 01900 881440 for availability.

Storage

If you already own a touring caravan or are planning to buy one you are going to need somewhere to store it during the long periods of non-use. For most people the best situation is a caravan storage facility. Dickinson Place offers storage allowing you space to store your caravan with added peace of mind it is in a safe environment.
