Our Park
We are a peaceful modern park. Family-owned and run to a high standard. Open all year round for holiday use.
Our caravan park has been in existence since the late 1950's and has stayed small and friendly even today. Although the park is close to all village amenities and only 200 metres from the beach, there is a lovely peaceful atmosphere about it that gives the impression of being away from it all.
We have a wealth of experience and carry out a high standard of ground care and maintenance within the park and are members of the 'British Holiday and Home Park Association' which ensures high standards throughout the industry.

Large modern spacious pitches for caravan holiday homes. All pitches have their own parking bay and patio.
New and Used caravans available for sale. Although we specialise in Atlas, Willerby and Swift Leisure Homes we can supply any caravan from other manufacturers.

Buying a Caravan Holiday Home
We have a sales facility on the park and are able to supply any make or model of new holiday home (subject to availability). Generally at Dickinson Place we have holiday homes on stock for sale, which can be supplied on or off the park.
Other Services
We are inspected annually and are rated as a 4 Star Holiday Park by Visit England.
Free Wifi, for emails and general web browsing, is available for all our holiday home owners.
We are Introduce-Appointed Representatives for Leisuredays Holiday Home Insurance, who are able to arrange all your insurance needs for your holiday home on Dickinson Place.
We are suppliers of Calor Gas and are able to cover all of your LPG needs. 19kg Propane Cylinders are stocked in the park and are delivered daily.
We are suppliers of Arrad Foot balconies. Current new balconies supplied to the park are Composite Endura. The Endura system is very low maintenance and does not rot, warp, splinter or grow algae. It contains UV and anti-fungal inhibitors.
